My Field Of Study  If you have taken the time to read my previous post, you know that I am a student at Ahuntsic College in Police Technology. To become a police officer in Quebec, you have to do a Technique at whoever College whom offers it. This technique is 3 years long but you can take the option to make it in 4 years. After graduating from College, you have to submit a demand at the National Police Academy. Then, when you are accepted (it can take 1 year before entering the academy), you get a 6 month training which includes a lot of simulation. After the National Police Academy, you can submit your CV to different police municipality and then see if you can really become a police officer. Now, I know you think this is not a lot but it's plenty. Becoming a cop is not for everyone, but if you want it, you can do it. Here are 3 fabulous reasons to a police officer. 1. Improve your Knowledge of the Law . Many people do not have much knowledge of the law.
